Remember top fundraising classes will receive a pizza or an ice cream party!  Don't be afraid to help out a class that has not received any donations, remember every little bit counts and we would love to hand out prizes to every classroom. A simple $5 donation can help them get there. We are a Team and if we all work together we can all celebrate together!

Things to Know!
  1. Account Information: It is critical that you review your student's classroom, grade and T-shirt information so we have the most up-to-date information. This information is used to recognize team/class achievements and listed t-shirt size will be used if they raise $100+ for a Rock the Walk t-shirt and/or if they raise $250+ a Rock the Walk sweatshirt. Visit your Membership page to verify this information.
  2. Classroom Goals:  Your student’s class may have higher fundraising goals. Please contact their teacher for more details. Update your student's fundraising page to reflect these specific goals!
  3. Allocation of Funds: For grades 6-8, funds raised by the student will go directly to their class, minus processing fees. For grades K-5, funds are pooled by grade level, with a portion allocated for end-of-year activities and next year’s startup costs before distribution.
  4. Help Spread the Word: Remind fellow Forestdale families to sign up for a Forestdale PTO account so they stay informed about school events, volunteer opportunities, and ways to support our students. Don’t let them miss out—encourage them to join today ahd help our fundraising goals!

Rock the Walk 2025
Rock the Walk 2025

Rock the Walk is a one-of-a-kind fundraiser where every dollar makes a difference! Instead of selling items, we collect direct donations—allowing us to keep 94%–97% of the funds raised to support our school. Plus, it’s easy to share with friends and family near and far!

During our four-week-long fundraiser, from March 3th to March 28nd, we will be collecting donations. To culminate the event, we will organize a fun-filled celebration on April 4th, consisting of walking laps around our school followed by a lively dance party featuring delicious food and desserts.

The funds raised through this initiative will be utilized to support various educational endeavors such as field trips, assemblies, classroom supplies, STEM programs, and community-building events. We believe that even a small donation can make a significant impact in helping us achieve our goal, and we sincerely appreciate your support.
